On the 15th, an online community site Bobae Dream posted an article titled "I saw a crazy potential murderer on my way to work."
The author shared a photo, saying, "Around 9:30 a.m. on the 4th, a dump truck fully loaded with large rocks was driving on the road from Sampae Intersection in Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province, heading toward Paldang."
In the photo, the dump truck was driving on the road without any separate safety devices such as straps or covers to secure the piled-up rocks.
The author wrote, "I saw a truck that was too reckless on my way to work," adding, "From a distance, I thought there must have been some safety measures, but when the trucks ahead all swerved away and I saw the truck in front of me, I almost cursed."
He continued, "Moreover, the rocks were not placed inside but precariously stacked all the way to the edge," and wrote, "At this level, it's not just a lack of safety awareness; isn't this a potential murderer?"
Netizens responded with comments such as "I doubted my eyes for a moment," "Is this photoshopped?" "Did this really happen in our country?" and "They should have reported it to 112 on the spot."
