Volvo Cars Korea Hosts Customer Lifestyle Program 'Hey, Class'
[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] Volvo Cars Korea announced on the 11th that it will hold a customer lifestyle program, ‘Hej, Klass,’ and is recruiting participants until the 14th.
‘Hej, Klass’ is a customer loyalty program designed to allow participants to experience the new values of life presented by Volvo Cars. Volvo Cars Korea, which has previously held customer invitation events called ‘Hej Familj’ lasting one night and two days, explained that it planned a new program to create more diverse customer touchpoints in the changed daily life after COVID-19.
‘Hej, Klass,’ conducted in a non-face-to-face manner through the official YouTube channel, plans to introduce various themed lifestyle classes aligned with Sweden’s ‘Lagom’ culture, which aims for a balance between work and life.
The first program is ‘Making Paper Flower Wreaths,’ held with paper artist Ye-eun Kim and actress Seong-eun Kim as panelists. Anyone can easily create spring-themed flower decorations that do not wither by watching the YouTube lecture. However, the experience kit containing the necessary materials for the class will be provided to 300 Volvo customers selected by lottery among those who apply through the brand app, ‘Hej, Volvo.’
