Seoul City urged citizens to refrain from going out as much as possible and to wear health masks without fail when going out is unavoidable.
The emergency fine dust reduction measures are issued when fine dust concentrations are forecasted to exceed a certain level continuously. Accordingly, the following measures will be implemented: ▲restriction on the operation of nationwide grade 5 vehicles without low-emission certification ▲reduction of operating rates at air pollutant-emitting business sites ▲shortening and adjustment of construction hours at construction sites ▲strengthening cleaning of major arterial roads and general roads.
However, the closure of public institution parking lots will not be implemented to respond to COVID-19.
