Kakao Mobility Acquires Pet Taxi Service 'PetMeUp'
[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] Kakao Mobility announced on the 9th that it is in the process of acquiring 'PetMeUp,' the No. 1 domestic brand for pet taxis.
PetMeUp is a taxi service for transporting dogs, cats, and other pets.
PetMeUp's operator, Natuspin, also stated, "We have transferred the business rights to Kakao Mobility to expand the social base of pet transportation and provide more advanced mobility services."
Amid fierce competition in the domestic mobility market, Kakao Mobility appears to have chosen the 'pet taxi' market to diversify its services.
