Korea Financial Investment Association Appoints Kim Won-gyu, Jeong Il-mun as Public Interest Directors and Self-Regulatory Committee Members
[Asia Economy Reporter Ji Yeon-jin]The Korea Financial Investment Association announced on the 4th that it held its regular general meeting and appointed public interest directors and self-regulatory committee members.
Public interest directors reappointed include Kang Seok-won, lawyer at Jeonmang Law Office, and Jang Beom-sik, president of Soongsil University. Newly appointed are Kim Chang-bong, professor of Business Administration at Chung-Ang University, Seo Tae-jong, chairman of the Financial Creditors Adjustment Committee, and Choi Young-rok, former head of the Taxation Office at the Ministry of Strategy and Finance.
Newly appointed self-regulatory committee members include Yoon Kyung-ho, Development Committee member of Maeil Business Newspaper; Lee Dong-yeop, advisor at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC; Seo Jeong-ho, lawyer at Wiz Law Firm; Yoon Tae-yong, former president of the Korea Copyright Protection Agency; Kim Won-kyu, CEO of eBest Investment & Securities; and Jung Il-moon, CEO of Korea Investment & Securities.
