Prime Minister Jeong Sye-gyun on LH Employees' New Land Speculation Allegations: "Request Investigation if Necessary"
[Asia Economy Reporter Son Sunhee] Prime Minister Chung Sye-kyun urgently instructed the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, the relevant authority, on the 2nd to "take thorough measures such as requesting an investigation if necessary" regarding allegations of speculation by some employees of Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) in the Gwangmyeong-Siheung district, the Office for Government Policy Coordination announced. On the afternoon of the same day, the Office for Government Policy Coordination stated in a press release that Prime Minister Chung ordered the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport to promptly investigate the facts concerning the area.
