Mirae Asset Daewoo Decides on 130 Billion Won Dividend... Cancels 10 Million Treasury Shares
[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] Mirae Asset Daewoo announced on the 25th that it held a board meeting and decided to pay dividends amounting to 130 billion KRW to enhance shareholder value.
In addition, it decided to cancel treasury shares worth approximately 82.3 billion KRW (10 million shares). Previously, Mirae Asset Daewoo had canceled treasury shares worth 68 billion KRW (13 million shares) in June last year. Accordingly, Mirae Asset Daewoo's shareholder return ratio was set at 34.12%, approximately 280 billion KRW.
