Now in its 10th year, the Korea Consumer Awards recognize companies or organizations that promote consumer rights and demonstrate competition, trust, and public interest. Every year, a nationwide survey of consumers is conducted to evaluate product satisfaction, favorability, trustworthiness, and management transparency, announcing award-winning companies by industry sector.
CLB Bakery was recognized for improving service quality through various attempts and the launch of innovative products.
In particular, on weekends, they offer free tastings of shrimp baguettes and cream cheese baguettes to tourists, and due to COVID-19, they accept phone orders from consumers unable to visit the store and ship products via delivery.
Starting with the main store in Myeongnyun-dong in August 2019, CLB Bakery has opened locations at the Mokpo Marine Cable Car stations (Bukhang, Gohado), attracting many tourists.
This year, it was selected as a sales venue for Mokpo City's representative project, ‘Mokpo Jujeonburi,’ actively expanding its business in various directions.
