"SKT Targets Parents' Preferences with 'ZEM App' Offering Education Content Vouchers"
[Asia Economy Reporter Joeslgina] SK Telecom announced on the 23rd that it will hold the ‘2021 New Semester Class President Election’ event on the ZEM application for parents who want to prepare their children's mobile phones and educational products as a package for the new semester. The ZEM app is designed to allow parents and children to manage smartphone usage time, check the child's location, and provide safe care from harmful environments.
Accordingly, SK Telecom will provide the following through a lottery to customers who newly subscribe to the ZEM app or existing customers who have completed linking with their child's phone from February 23 to April 5, a period of 6 weeks: ▲ 30-day free use voucher for the English homeschooling app TodoEnglish (4,000 people) ▲ Two Btv 2,000 KRW vouchers to use Btv ZEM kids content (4,000 people) ▲ One Store Books voucher to use 8 essential elementary school children’s educational books for free (7,000 people).
Among participating customers, 555 will also receive a lucky box as a gift. It will include the latest laptops essential for non-face-to-face learning and homeschooling, AI-based smartphone stands that help improve concentration, and more. Additionally, customers using Samsung mobile devices for their children's phones who link the ZEM app will receive an additional special gift.
Earlier, the ZEM+Woongjin SmartAll subscription product released by SK Telecom on the 15th received positive reviews for targeting parents preparing their children's mobile phones and educational products as a package, with over 1,000 free trial applications within just one week of launch.
