According to Hamyang-gun on the 23rd, the Creative Village Development Project in Hannam Village, Namhyo-ri, Hucheon-myeon, Hamyang, is a project with a budget of 500 million KRW to renovate Nabakjeong Small Park, create walking trails and rest areas, and improve roads.
However, as construction proceeded without compensation being completed for the incorporated lands at Namho-ri San 71-2, San 71-4, and Namho-ri 722, opposition from landowners has intensified.
Landowner A said, "Although construction is underway, I have never heard any discussion about compensation," adding, "I am at a loss for words as to whether construction can proceed without any contact."
He added, "There are not just one or two plots where construction is proceeding without compensation being completed," and said, "It is frustrating to understand the county office's attitude of ignoring individual property rights and pushing ahead with construction."
