Musical 'Man of La Mancha' Performance Extended Until May 16
[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Dong-hyun] The musical "Man of La Mancha," based on the novel "Don Quixote," has confirmed an extension of its run.
OD Company announced on the 22nd that the extended performances of Man of La Mancha will take place from March 24 to May 16 at the Chungmu Art Center Grand Theater in Jung-gu, Seoul. Man of La Mancha had postponed its opening three times due to the escalation of social distancing measures amid the COVID-19 pandemic and finally opened on February 2, about a month and a half later. Performances will continue at the Charlotte Theater in Songpa-gu until March 1.
All actors except Hong Kwang-ho, who plays 'Cervantes & Don Quixote,' will appear in the extended performances at the Chungmu Art Center Grand Theater. Moving forward, two actors, Ryu Jeong-han and Jo Seung-woo, will lead the performances as 'Don Quixote.'
