6 COVID-19 Cases Reported in Gangnam-gu...1 Linked to Yongsan-gu University Hospital
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] From the afternoon of the 17th to the 18th, six confirmed COVID-19 cases (Nos. 1245 to 1250) were reported in Gangnam-gu.
Case No. 1245 was infected through contact with a previously confirmed Gangnam-gu resident, Nos. 1248 and 1250 were infected through contact with confirmed cases from other regions, No. 1246 tested positive after self-quarantine following entry into the country without any symptoms, and No. 1247 was confirmed positive in relation to a cluster infection at a university hospital in Yongsan-gu.
No. 1249 was confirmed positive without any notable symptoms, but the infection route is unknown and an epidemiological investigation is underway.
