Lotte Eats is Lotte GRS's proprietary app that integrates five brands?Lotteria, Angel-in-us, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, TGI Fridays, and Villard Charlotte (hereafter referred to as the five brands)?under the concept of "a delicious journey to enjoy your day." The app expanded the delivery service, which was previously only available for Lotteria, to all five brands and added delivery service, reservation, and table order services. Due to improved customer convenience from contactless ordering, Eats Order orders have more than doubled compared to the previous year.
