The mobile healthcare project is a program in which health coordinators provide customized health consultations anytime and anywhere through a mobile app to residents aged 19 or older with health risk factors.
Eligible participants are residents who have one or more health risk factors among blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, waist circumference, triglycerides, and HDL cholesterol based on health checkup results; those with related diseases or taking medication are excluded.
The final selected participants through preliminary tests and consultations will visit the health center three times (initial/mid/final) during the 24-week project period to receive health checkups, set personal health management goals with a dedicated project team consisting of doctors, nurses, nutritionists, exercise instructors, and coordinators, and receive focused management and health consultations once a month.
Participants will be provided with a smart device (activity tracker) linked to the mobile app free of charge, and various benefits such as incentives will be offered to those who rank high by earning points through participation in monthly health missions or various activities via the app.
