Cheongju Gagyeong I-Park Phase 5 Fully Contracted 100%
HDC Hyundai Development Company announced on the 3rd that it achieved the first complete sell-out of 2021 in the contract for Cheongju Gagyeong I-Park Complex 5 held last January.
Located in Gagyeong-dong 633-5 complex area, Heungdeok-gu, Cheongju-si, Chungbuk, Gagyeong I-Park Complex 5 consists of 8 buildings with 2 basement floors and 21 to 29 above-ground floors, offering a total of 925 households with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 116㎡. The move-in is scheduled for February 2023.
Following a high contract rate of 87.2% during the official contract period held over four days starting January 19, additional contracts were conducted from February 1 for preliminary residents who won the lottery, completing contracts for all households by February 2.
Prior to the contract, in the subscription held in December last year, Gagyeong I-Park Complex 5 recorded a highest competition rate of 49.79 to 1, with all types closing in the first priority.
