According to ABC News and others on the 31st (local time), Brian Anthony Jo (41), a resident of Stafford County, Virginia, hid in the ceiling of the women's locker room at a fitness center last weekend and secretly watched women before the ceiling collapsed and he fell.
He fell about 10 feet (approximately 3 meters) and landed on top of a woman. It is understood that neither of them was injured.
However, he was surrounded by women at the fitness center, cornered, and arrested by responding police on charges including theft and public property damage.
The police are conducting an investigation, collecting evidence at the scene, and interrogating Jo.
