Asan Nanum Foundation Announces Recruitment for 'Asan Frontier Academy' Students
Providing a Total of 374 Hours of Specialized Training Programs
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Asan Nanum Foundation (Chairman Han Jeong-hwa) announced on the 1st that it is recruiting 30 students for the 10th class of the 'Asan Frontier Academy.' The Asan Frontier Academy is a program that educates mid-level managers of active nonprofit and social economy organizations to grow into next-generation leaders who cultivate management skills, leadership, and entrepreneurship in a balanced manner. So far, it has produced 267 students from 191 institutions.
The students finally selected for the 10th class will undertake management courses consisting of strategy, human resources, marketing, and financial accounting, as well as projects and presentations. The overseas research visit program, which previously allowed visits to advanced nonprofit and social economy organizations, will be replaced by a domestic global study due to COVID-19.
All costs for the total 374 hours of courses and workshops will be supported by the Asan Nanum Foundation, and the education will begin with an entrance ceremony on April 21 and continue for about seven months until November 5. Anyone who is a mid-level manager passionate about working in nonprofit organizations or social economy-related organizations and dreams of becoming a next-generation leader can apply. Applications are accepted from today until the 22nd through the Asan Nanum Foundation website.
