The industry expects flight bookings to increase starting next month as the holiday approaches. However, some predict that demand may only rise slightly since the quarantine authorities have designated the Lunar New Year holiday period as a special quarantine period. An industry official said, "Since we cannot enjoy the international flight boom during the Lunar New Year holiday, we have increased some domestic flights."
