Jinju City Achieves 'Highest Grade' in 2020 Comprehensive Information Disclosure Evaluation
Evaluation of 10 Indicators in 4 Areas: Pre-Information, Original Text Disclosure, Claim Processing, and Customer Management
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Jinju City, Gyeongnam Province, announced on the 29th that it received the highest grade in the 2020 Comprehensive Information Disclosure Evaluation conducted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.
The Comprehensive Information Disclosure Evaluation assessed 587 institutions, including central administrative agencies, local governments, and public institutions, in four areas and ten indicators?pre-disclosure information, original document disclosure, request processing, and customer management?to ensure citizens' rights protection, participation, and transparency in institutional operations. The evaluation was conducted with four grading levels.
Jinju City achieved uniformly excellent results across each evaluation indicator. In particular, it received perfect scores in the number of pre-disclosed information registrations and in customer demand analysis and reflection indicators.
