Jindo-gun Helps Small Business Owners Apply for Support Fund Assistance
Installation and Operation of Online Application Support Desk at Jindo-eup Office
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Hyun] Jindo-gun, Jeollanam-do, has been actively supporting small business owners to ensure that they all apply for the 'Small Business Owner Support Fund' provided by the government since the 11th.
According to Jindo-gun on the 18th, the support targets businesses that opened before November 30 of last year and small business owners who complied with administrative orders for gathering bans or business restrictions due to strengthened quarantine measures by the Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters and local governments, as well as small business owners in general industries experiencing sales decline.
Small business owners in gathering-ban industries such as entertainment bars and karaoke bars receive 3 million KRW, and those in business-restricted industries such as restaurants and cafes receive 2 million KRW.
Small business owners in general industries with annual sales of 400 million KRW or less and whose annual sales in 2020 decreased compared to 2019 receive 1 million KRW.
Those subject to gathering bans or business restrictions and recipients of the New Hope Fund are eligible for the first rapid payment and can apply through an online-only site.
In particular, reflecting the regional characteristic of a large elderly population, Jindo-gun has set up a separate application desk at the Jindo-eup Office to assist small business owners who have difficulty using the internet with their online applications.
The application support desk will operate for one month and may be extended if there are many applicants.
