Medical staff are collecting samples at the temporary screening clinic in Seoul Station Plaza on the 8th, as a record-breaking cold wave raged with the lowest temperature in Seoul dropping below minus 18 degrees Celsius. The provincial health authorities are tracking their movements and contacts through mobile phone location tracking, credit card usage records, and closed-circuit television (CCTV) analysis. The health authorities urged, "Since a total of four confirmed cases have occurred at the Namwon Gidowon so far, recent visitors are requested to get tested at the nearest screening clinic."
