Im Hee-jeong (21, right) and Park Ji-young (25) have found a new home at Korea Land Trust.
On the 5th, a sponsorship signing ceremony for the golf team was held at Koreate Tower in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Korea Land Trust stated, "We signed the contract in high regard of their proven skills and future potential," adding, "Following Park Hyun-kyung (21) and Kim Min-seon5 (26), we have recruited two players from the Korea Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA) Tour, laying the foundation to become a strong team within just one year of establishment." They will compete wearing hats and apparel bearing the Korea Land Trust logo.

Im Hee-jeong is the only rookie in 2019 to have won three titles including a major championship. She ranked 4th in prize money in 2019 and 8th in 2020. With a determined mindset, she said, "Since I was disappointed not to have won last year, I will be even more focused this year." Park Ji-young won the Rookie of the Year award in 2015 and has two career wins on the KLPGA Tour. She expressed her ambition, saying, "I concentrated on managing my condition and practicing during my break," and promised, "I will repay with the best results."
