On the afternoon of the same day, the Land, Infrastructure and Transport Committee approved the Act on the Development of the Living Logistics Service Industry (Living Logistics Act) at a plenary session.

The Living Logistics Act primarily changes the courier industry to a registration system and guarantees a six-year right to request renewal of consignment contracts. It also includes provisions encouraging the preparation and use of standard contracts and the securing of safety facilities.
