60-Year-Old Man Arrested for Wielding a Weapon at Dental Clinic Where He Received Treatment
[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-yoon] The Dongdaemun Police Station in Seoul announced on the 24th that they have arrested a man in his 60s, Mr. A, on suspicion of attempted murder and are currently investigating him.
Mr. A is accused of wielding a weapon and injuring a doctor and the hospital director at a dental clinic in Jangan-dong, Dongdaemun-gu, around 9:40 a.m. that day. The doctor and the director sustained minor injuries and were transported to a nearby hospital.
Mr. A was arrested on the spot by police who responded to the report. It was confirmed that he had previously received dental treatment at the same clinic.
