[Photo] Korea Rail Network Authority and KT Join Hands to Utilize Big Data in Railway Transportation Sector
[Asia Economy (Daejeon) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] The Korea Rail Network Authority announced on the 24th that it has signed a business agreement with KT Corporation to utilize big data in the railway transportation sector. According to the agreement, both organizations will mutually cooperate in big data consulting and verification when establishing railway business plans, systematizing facility management tasks using big data and ICT, and developing AI-based railway service models. They will also collaborate on preparing plans to utilize telecommunications big data for railway route planning and railway station site selection.
