[Asia Economy Reporter Han Seung-gon] The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that as the number of tests for the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) increased, the positive rate gradually decreased to 0.6%.
According to Seoul City on the 24th, the number of COVID-19 tests conducted in Seoul the previous day was 51,973, the second highest following 52,346 tests on the 18th. Of the tests on the 23rd, 32,966, accounting for 63.4%, were conducted at temporary screening clinics. The positive rate on the 23rd was the lowest recently at 0.6%, down from 1.4% on the 21st and 0.8% on the 22nd.
