A Small but Special Exhibition Opens for Elderly Residents of Naeoe-dong, Gimhae

View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Sang-hyun] The Community Security Council of Naeoe-dong, Gimhae-si, Gyeongnam announced that it will hold an exhibition of the completed works of "Poetry, Paintings, and My Story," created by local senior citizens, from the 23rd until July next year at the Naeoe-dong Administrative Welfare Center's Book Cafe.
This exhibition displays 10 works of poetry expressing the stories shared between council members and senior citizens about their lives, created through a program that ran for six weeks starting in October.
Resident A said, "While waiting after drawing a number ticket, I got to see the works," and added, "Seeing the poems written by the seniors reminded me of my parents, which touched my heart deeply and brought back old memories, making me feel nostalgic."
