Marketing research is a service that conducts surveys on products and services and provides the data-processed results to clients, classified into online and offline methods. Embrain has been conducting online research for 22 years and is an online marketing research company that possesses the largest domestic survey panel (1.3 million people as of 2020) and online research automation and optimization solutions.
The profitability improvement trend due to increased online research sales is expected to continue. Kang Kyung-geun, a researcher at NH Investment & Securities, stated in a report on the 24th, “Embrain’s gross profit margins for online and offline research are 28.9% and 6.5%, respectively. The proportion of online research sales increased from 46.6% last year to 50.6% this year and 58.1% in the first quarter of next year, contributing to overall profitability improvement,” and added, “Due to the non-face-to-face trend, the online proportion is expected to continue rising.”

Researcher Kang said, “Embrain is the company that most proactively responds to the paradigm shift in the domestic marketing research industry (offline → online → big data).
