Gwangju Bank Holds 'Christmas Santa Has Come' Event
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Seon-gang] Gwangju Bank (President Song Jong-wook) announced on the 23rd that it held the 'Christmas Santa Has Come' event on the 22nd in collaboration with the Green Umbrella Children's Foundation Gwangju Regional Headquarters.
To celebrate Christmas, Gwangju Bank invited two representative children selected as recipients of Christmas wish gifts to the 'KJBEARS ZONE' on the first floor of the head office, decorated with a Christmas story along with Gwangju Bank's characters 'KJBEARS' (Woong-i, Dal-i, Danji).
President Song Jong-wook and employees of the Gwangju Bank Regional Love Volunteer Group dressed up as Santa Claus and personally delivered gifts from the children's wish lists, including padded jumpers and sneakers, as well as cakes. After the gift-giving ceremony, they enjoyed watching a children's movie on the third floor of the head office at 'KJ Sangsaeng Maru'.
Additionally, a donation of 5 million won was given to the Green Umbrella Children's Foundation Gwangju Regional Headquarters to provide Christmas wish gifts to 30 children from underprivileged backgrounds in the region.
