Gangjin-gun Selects Outstanding Civil Servants for Second Half Year Civil Complaint Handling
Contributing to Rapid Civil Service Delivery by Shortening Legal Complaint Processing Periods
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yong-su] Gangjin-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 21st that it conducted the ‘2020 Second Half Civil Complaint Processing Mileage System Evaluation’ and selected six outstanding public officials who contributed to shortening civil complaint processing in the first half of the year.
The ‘Civil Complaint Processing Mileage System’ is a system that awards mileage points for processing 273 types of civil complaints, which have a legal processing period of two days or more, in a shorter time than the legal period. Outstanding public officials are selected every year in the first and second halves.
The evaluation for the second half was conducted from June 1 to November 30, targeting public officials under the county government. Among the public officials who contributed to improving convenience and satisfaction of residents through proactive administration and prompt civil complaint processing, the top six officials with the highest mileage scores based on the number of civil complaint cases processed were selected.
The selected officials were Yuchan-sol from the Environment and Livestock Division and Chu Sol-a from the Marine and Forestry Division, who received the county governor’s commendation, and Park Sun-ae, Lee Shin-hwa, Lee Se-ok, and Min Myung-gi from the Civil Service Division, who each received an effort award.
