[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Ju-yeon] L&K Bio announced on the 21st through separate individual disclosures that it has obtained patents for height-adjustable spinal fusion cages and lateral lumbar interbody fusion cages.
Regarding the height-adjustable spinal fusion cage, the company explained, "Unlike conventional cages with preset heights at fixed intervals, the height is linearly adjustable according to the patient's vertebral body spacing, allowing surgery at the optimal height based on the patient's condition."
