Considering the resurgence of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), the signing ceremony was conducted through a written agreement.
Personnel exchange is a system in which employees are mutually dispatched between institutions with a high need for collaboration to share experience and expertise, and then return to their original institutions after a certain period of work.
This personnel exchange business agreement was promoted to improve systems related to mutual policy cooperation, administrative development, and exchange duties between public institutions.
Both institutions agreed to actively share information and cooperate in various fields, including ▲ establishing a system for efficient settlement of health insurance nursing care benefit costs and ▲ reducing workload through improvement of settlement cost claim methods and work processing standards.
Personnel exchange candidates will be selected at the manager level and will work at each other's institutions for one year starting from the 28th.
Kang Soon-hee, Director of the Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service, stated, "Through mutual cooperation between the two institutions, we will continue to seek ways to reduce unnecessary administrative costs, improve administrative efficiency through prompt settlement payments, and enhance public services."
