The Korea Meteorological Administration stated, "Snow will fall in the morning in northern Seoul and Gyeonggi, northwestern Gangwon Yeongseo, southern Gyeonggi, southwestern Gangwon Yeongseo, northern Chungcheongbuk-do, and inland northern Gyeongbuk."
During the day, raindrops or snowflakes will fall in southern Chungcheong and Jeonbuk, and between daytime and 9 p.m., in Jeonnam and western inland Gyeongnam.
From 9 p.m. to the morning of the day after tomorrow (19th), there will be rain or snow in Jeju Island.
Snow accumulation is forecast as follows: △ southern Gyeonggi, northern Chungbuk, southwestern Gangwon Yeongseo 2?5 cm △ Seoul, northern Gyeonggi, central-northern Gangwon Yeongseo, northern Chungnam, mountainous areas of Jeju Island 1?3 cm △ southern Chungnam, northern Jeonbuk, inland northern Gyeongbuk about 1 cm.
Precipitation is expected to be less than 5 mm in the central region (excluding Gangwon Yeongdong), Jeonbuk, inland northern Gyeongbuk, the five western islands, and Jeju Island.
Morning low temperatures by region are forecast as follows: △ Seoul -2°C △ Chuncheon -8°C △ Gangneung 1°C △ Daejeon -1°C △ Cheongju -2°C △ Daegu -3°C △ Gwangju -1°C △ Jeonju -1°C △ Busan 1°C △ Jeju 6°C.
Daytime high temperatures will be △ Seoul 0°C △ Chuncheon 1°C △ Gangneung 6°C △ Daejeon 4°C △ Cheongju 3°C △ Daegu 6°C △ Gwangju 7°C △ Jeonju 5°C △ Busan 9°C △ Jeju 10°C.
Fine dust levels will be 'moderate' across all regions, with the Seoul metropolitan area, Sejong, Chungbuk, and Chungnam experiencing 'unhealthy' levels temporarily in the morning.
