Cheong, on criticism linking vaccine distribution to 'by-elections': "It's close to a conspiracy theory"
Opposition Eyes Possible Link Between By-Elections and Vaccine Distribution Timing... Cheong "Should the Government Stand Idle in a Crisis?"
[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Jeong-min] The Blue House rebutted opposition parties' claims that the timing of the distribution of the 'novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19)' vaccine is linked to the by-elections in April next year, calling it close to a conspiracy theory.
A senior Blue House official, meeting with reporters on the 17th, said, "If the opposition party claims that, I want to ask if even eating and sleeping are for the April by-elections," adding, "I think it is closer to a conspiracy theory than a logical argument. If the livelihood economy is for the by-elections, should the government just stand by in a crisis situation?"
