View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Young-eun] Attorney Kim Jong-min, a former member of the Supreme Prosecutors' Office Prosecutorial Reform Committee under the Moon Jae-in administration, criticized the Ministry of Justice disciplinary committee that decided on a two-month suspension for Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol on the 16th, saying, "You worked hard putting on a show."
On the same day, Attorney Kim wrote on his Facebook, "Even the Eulsa Five Traitors who surrendered national sovereignty through the Eulsa Treaty probably did not suffer this much. What was the need to hold a rigged Go-Stop game until after 4 a.m.?"
He continued, "I congratulate the Ministry of Justice disciplinary committee members who decided on Yoon Seok-yeol's two-month suspension for becoming traitors to the Republic of Korea who sold out democracy and the rule of law. Leaving behind a notoriously dirty name for eternity is a family honor," adding, "Don't feel unfair about taking all the blame when you were just cleaning up the mess left by Moon Jae-in and Chu Mi-ae. That is the fate of a despicable collaborator."
Attorney Kim stated, "There were no procedural or substantive grounds for discipline, yet they forcibly imposed a two-month suspension on the sitting Prosecutor General, which is worthy of international headlines," and claimed, "This will place Moon Jae-in among the ranks of globally elected dictators."
He also said, "What remains is the judiciary's responsibility. The judiciary must prove its reason for existence," adding, "Although the composition of the Constitutional Court has completely tilted to one side, if there is any minimal conscience left, I hope it will fulfill its last duty as a constitutional guardian."

Attorney Kim said, "The Constitution of the Republic of Korea and democracy are dead. The Moon Jae-in administration is no longer a legitimate governing power. Do not ever speak again about democratization or human rights," and added, "Now, by launching the Corruption Investigation Office for High-ranking Officials (CIO), they will frame prosecutors investigating regime corruption, including Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol, with various corruption charges and suppress them. This is the full-scale operation of a 20-year long-term rule plan."
He continued, "The historic task for 2021 is the resignation of the Moon Jae-in administration," and said, "With a majority of 180 seats, we don't know what they will do, but if the people do not exercise their right to resist before the Republic of Korea is further destroyed, it will be too late." He added, "If heaven is not indifferent, I hope that the achievements of democratization, won through bloodshed, will not be trampled by such ruthless and evil people, and that justice will be served."
Earlier, on the 24th of last month, Minister of Justice Chu Mi-ae issued an order to suspend the duties and request disciplinary action against the sitting Prosecutor General for the first time in constitutional history. The Ministry of Justice Prosecutor Disciplinary Committee deliberated for about 17 hours from 10:34 a.m. on the 15th until 4 a.m. on the 16th and imposed a 'two-month suspension' on Prosecutor General Yoon.

Prosecutor General Yoon, who received disciplinary action for the first time in constitutional history, stated, "This is an illegal and unjust measure that used unlawful procedures and baseless reasons to oust a fixed-term Prosecutor General," and said, "The political neutrality, independence of the prosecution, and the rule of law have been severely damaged."
