[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Ju-hyung] The Chungbuk Provincial Office of Education announced on the 15th that it is conducting diagnostic tests on 225 students and staff members of Chungju A Middle School, where a confirmed case of COVID-19 occurred.
The subjects include 167 second-year students and 58 staff members who were taught by Teacher B, who tested positive for COVID-19.
The school held in-person classes only for the second-year students from the 7th to the 11th to maintain a "one-third" density. Teacher B also attended work during this period.
