The Korea Productivity Center organized this event to support the establishment of post-COVID era response measures across various fields by deeply discussing key issues amid the increasing uncertainty in the business environment. The conference will discuss strategies and response plans to lead the 'Korean New Deal,' which the government is promoting for national innovation and a new leap forward during this rapid paradigm shift. It will also share visions necessary for the new economy shaped by the virus, known as 'V-nomics.'
Professor Kim Hyun-myung of Myongji University will deliver a keynote speech on 'Digital New Deal Promotion Strategy for Post-COVID Response,' and Professor Cho Kyung-ho of Kookmin University will speak on 'Public Institution Innovation Growth Phase 3.' The conference will also feature five tracks with a total of 16 specialized sessions covering topics such as public institutions' strategies to lead the Korean New Deal, strategies for post-COVID and disaster safety management in public institutions, introduction plans for job-centered personnel systems, workplace innovation issues and challenges, and effective performance management methods for government project evaluations.
The conference will be held on the 17th from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM in a one-day schedule. To prevent the spread of COVID-19, it will be held online only, and anyone can register for free on the official website. Park Jun-yang, Head of the Management Innovation Consulting Center at the Korea Productivity Center, said, "We hope this conference will be a valuable time for our businesses and the public sector to overcome the pandemic and create new opportunities through the Korean New Deal."
