This project is an activity to prevent solitary deaths of elderly living alone, where employees of the Busan-Gyeongnam Regional Headquarters of the National Health Insurance Service and the Busan Saha Branch, together with employees of Korea Yakult, deliver health drinks to the homes of high-risk elderly who have difficulty with daily life and check their health.
The purpose is to check the condition of elderly living alone and to guide them in applying for the Long-term Care Insurance for the Elderly, thereby establishing a safety net in the local community.
The 10 million won fund delivered on this day is planned to be used to confirm care for about 150 elderly people living alone in Saha District.
