NH Investment & Securities Implements Organizational Restructuring to "Enhance Company-wide Competitiveness"
[Asia Economy Reporter Kum Bo-ryeong] NH Investment & Securities has carried out an organizational restructuring.
NH Investment & Securities announced on the 14th that it had implemented an organizational restructuring to strengthen company-wide competitiveness.
In the retail division, a new WM Digital Business Department was established. This aims to effectively respond to the expansion of digital channels and the influx of non-face-to-face customers, as well as to build a digital asset management service system. Under the WM Digital Business Department, the Digital Sales Headquarters, responsible for non-face-to-face customer asset management services, and the Digital Solution Headquarters, which develops specialized products and systems optimized for the digital platform, were organized. The system was designed to enable non-face-to-face customers to receive Private Banker (PB) services online at a comparable level.
The WM Business Division reorganized its existing five regional headquarters into four. A new Customer Support Headquarters was created to provide dedicated asset management services for customers who might be neglected due to branch enlargement and PB specialization. Within the Premier Blue Headquarters, a PB Service Planning Department was newly established to concretize service models targeting High Net Worth (HNW) clients.
Within the IB1 Business Division’s Investment Finance Headquarters, a New Technology Finance Investment Department was created. The plan is to expand corporate finance services accompanied by venture capital supply and investment. In the IB2 Business Division, an Alternative Asset Investment Headquarters was established, with the IB Credit Support Department and Alternative Asset Investment Department organized under it to strengthen expertise in alternative asset investment and risk management capabilities.
The Prime Brokerage Headquarters newly created a Securities Lending Department that conducts securities lending business and brokerage/arrangement services for domestic and international institutional investors and retail customers. Under the General Management Support division, a Management Planning Division was established to build customer-centric business processes and expand group synergies. The Management Planning Division is composed of the Management Strategy Headquarters, Product Solution Headquarters, Global Business Headquarters, and Future Innovation Task Force Team (TFT).
