Naver Certificate Used Like Student ID at Kyung Hee Cyber University
[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] Starting early next year, students of Kyung Hee Cyber University will be able to use the Naver Certificate for identity verification.
On the 14th, Naver signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Kyung Hee Cyber University to digitally transform on-campus services.
The 'Mobile Student ID' feature, which the Naver authentication service plans to provide from early next year, will replace the plastic cards issued by the Admissions and Student Affairs offices and will be used for situations requiring identity verification, such as accessing campus facilities, attendance, and taking exams.
Logging in via the Naver Certificate will also become possible. Previously, Kyung Hee Cyber University students were required to log in using a joint certificate to attend lectures or take exams. However, with the application of the Naver Certificate, students will have a wider range of certificate options.
