Gokseong-gun, December is the Month for Regular Automobile Tax Payment
Please Make Payment by the Due Date by the 31st
[Gokseong=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] Gokseong-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 11th that it imposed a total of 5459 cases of the second installment automobile tax for 2020 amounting to 844 million won and mailed the tax bills on the 10th.
The automobile tax subjects are owners registered in the automobile registration ledger as of the 1st, and the payment deadline is until the 31st.
Payment methods include nationwide financial institution CD/ATM machines or payment at banks nationwide such as Nonghyup and post offices using the tax bill.
It is also convenient to pay through various methods such as Wetax, virtual accounts, and local tax revenue accounts without visiting financial institutions. If automatic transfer is applied for, the account balance should be checked in advance at the end of the payment period. Also, for the newly introduced local tax revenue accounts this year, payment is possible without transfer fees.
The county installed payment promotion banners in 11 towns and townships to reduce taxpayers' surcharge burdens and increase the automobile tax collection rate within the payment period. In addition, they plan to actively promote payment through sending payment reminder text messages before the deadline and village comprehensive broadcasts.
