Jeju Air Selects Nabiteo as Operator for Next-Generation Customer Service System
Utilizing Over 60 Global LCCs Including Ryanair
[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] Jeju Air announced on the 9th that it has selected Navitaire, a subsidiary of Amadeus, as the operator of its next-generation Passenger Service System (PSS) and signed a contract.
The next-generation Passenger Service System from Navitaire, selected by Jeju Air, is a system used by over 60 global low-cost carriers (LCCs) worldwide, including Europe's Ryanair, Southeast Asia's AirAsia, and Australia's Jetstar.
With the introduction of this next-generation Passenger Service System, Jeju Air plans to improve its overall operations including reservations, ticketing, and customer complaint handling, while also developing various types of customer services.

A Jeju Air official stated, "Through the replacement of the next-generation Passenger Service System, we plan to facilitate partnerships not only with internal sales channels such as ancillary services but also with other airlines and travel agencies, presenting customers with various new service models," adding, "We expect this to help Jeju Air further solidify its position as a leading LCC in the post-COVID-19 era."
