Seoul Gangseo-gu 'Onjongil Lifelong Learning' Held Online
"‘Inmun Talk Concert’ and ‘Announcer Lee Geumhee Special Lecture’ to Enjoy at Home on the 15th and 16th... Anyone Can Watch Live on Gangseo-gu Office YouTube"
[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Gangseo-gu, Seoul (Mayor Noh Hyun-song) will hold the ‘Onjongil Lifelong Learning’ event that can be enjoyed at home on the 15th and 16th.
The district prepared ‘Onjongil Lifelong Learning,’ where residents can experience ‘Humanities Talk Concerts’ and ‘Special Lectures by Notable Figures’ to regain vitality in daily life through learning amid the prolonged COVID-19 situation.
First, at 10 a.m. on the 15th, the ‘Romanticism Art Talk Concert’ will be held, featuring premium music and art history lectures along with a classical music performance.
Inviting art humanities scholar Ahn Hyun-bae and pianist Lee Ki-yeon, the event offers a time to see, listen to, and enjoy the flow of Romanticism art and Chopin’s works.
This talk concert, which could have been dull as a music and art history lecture, was highly rated last year during the ‘Gangseo Happy Humanities School’ operation because it was enjoyed together with a music performance.
This year, it is expected that more residents will be able to access the lecture as it is held online, and it is a great opportunity to experience both the art museum and concert hall at home with children during these times when going out is difficult due to COVID-19.
At 2 p.m. on the 16th, announcer Lee Geum-hee will give a special lecture titled ‘Our Stories Filling Happiness.’
Lee Geum-hee, familiar to many as the MC of Morning Yard for 18 years, will lecture on ‘What makes us happy.’
Since happiness is the biggest theme in life, the lecture offers a chance to reflect on happiness and our lives.
Anyone can watch ‘Onjongil Lifelong Learning’ live by accessing the Gangseo-gu Office YouTube channel at the scheduled lecture times.
