3rd Phase New Town 'Subscription, Transportation, Layout' at a Glance... Comprehensive Information Portal Launched
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Jiwon] A '3rd New Town Comprehensive Information Portal' that provides information on preliminary subscription, transportation plans, and housing layouts related to the 3rd New Town will be launched.
Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 6th that it will open the '3rd New Town Comprehensive Information Portal' to provide various information about the 3rd New Town to the public easily and conveniently, and will start operating it from 9 a.m. on the 7th.
The existing 3rd New Town website, launched last August, has been visited by more than 1.9 million people so far, and over 250,000 citizens have applied for the 'Subscription Schedule Notification Service,' showing high interest.
The Subscription Schedule Notification Service sends text messages about the subscription schedule of the registered district 3 to 4 months in advance when users register their contact information and interested districts.
To meet public expectations and provide better services, LH revamped the existing website. The access address remains the same as the previous website.
First, on the revamped portal, users can easily check the basic purpose of the system, subscription methods, and eligibility conditions through the 'Pre-subscription Guide' menu. Accessibility has been enhanced by linking with existing subscription infrastructures such as the LH Subscription Center and Korea Appraisal Board's Subscription Home.
A newly established 'What’s Changing' menu allows users to preview the future vision pursued by the 3rd New Town, such as convenient transportation, eco-friendliness, smart features, and child-friendly cities, as well as the types and designs of housing. Detailed information on major policies, announcements, and related laws is also provided.
