Hyundai Motor Securities to Conduct Q4 Rolling Recruitment Interviews 'Non-Face-to-Face'
Plan to Expand Application in the Future After Post-Review Process
[Asia Economy Reporter Kum Bo-ryeong] Hyundai Motor Securities will conduct rolling recruitment interviews remotely.
Hyundai Motor Securities announced on the 3rd that the fourth-quarter new employee rolling recruitment interviews scheduled for the 7th and 8th will be conducted remotely.
This is the first time Hyundai Motor Securities has applied a remote method in its new employee rolling recruitment. The decision to switch to remote interviews comes in response to the elevation of social distancing to Level 2 due to the COVID-19 situation.
Interviewers will conduct the interview process from a space at Hyundai Motor Securities headquarters. Applicants can take the interview from a location of their choice, such as their home. A rehearsal will also be held to minimize potential issues.

Jang Seong-baek, head of Hyundai Motor Securities' HR team, said, "In accordance with the Level 2 social distancing measures, we applied the remote method to reduce the risk of COVID-19 infection and to increase convenience for applicants from regional areas. After this recruitment process is completed, we plan to review and potentially expand the application of this method in the future."
