Changwon City Awards Honorary Citizenship Certificate to Masan Regional Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Office Chief

View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Saeyan] On the 2nd, Changwon City in Gyeongnam awarded the Honorary Citizen Certificate of Changwon City to the Director of Masan Regional Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Office.
The Honorary Citizen Certificate of Changwon City is awarded to domestic and foreign individuals and overseas Koreans who have made significant contributions to the development of city administration.
Director Byeon Jaeyoung was recognized for his contributions to early resolution of citizen inconveniences and revitalization of the local economy through signing agreements to promote major pending tasks.
Director Byeon, who took office in September last year, secured a port transportation route directly connected to Gapo New Port, and especially in May, established the Changwon City Hall of Democracy, and is cooperating on major pending projects such as creating and managing waterfront spaces, establishing modern history experience facilities, and improving the disaster risk zone of Masan West Port.
Director Byeon said, "I feel proud that the efforts for the development of Masan Port have borne fruit," and added, "I will do my best to help the city grow into a maritime hub city."
