Hope 2021 Sharing Campaign Fundraising Begins
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Seo Young-seo] Sinan-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Park Woo-ryang) announced on the 30th that it will carry out the 'Hope 2021 Sharing Campaign' under the slogan 'Continue Hope through Sharing' for 62 days from next month 1st to January 31st of next year.
The campaign is hosted by the Jeollanam-do Community Chest of Korea and sponsored by Sinan-gun, aiming to raise funds to help neighbors in need during the year-end and New Year holidays and to create and spread a voluntary donation culture through the participation of all residents.
Donations are accepted at each eup/myeon office, the Department of Resident Welfare, the Jeonnam Community Chest of Korea, media outlets, and others. The funds raised in our region will be used for various welfare projects necessary to provide welfare services such as emergency support and support for social welfare facilities.
Governor Park Woo-ryang requested, “Although the local economy is difficult due to the prolonged COVID-19 situation, I ask for the interest and participation of all residents so that neighbors who are more vulnerable than us can spend a warm winter.”

Meanwhile, last year, the county raised 170 million won in the 'Hope 2020 Sharing Campaign' and supported low-income households' living and medical expenses, and social welfare facility supplies together with the Jeonnam Community Chest of Korea.
