Jamsil Jinju Apartment was completed in 1980 with a scale of 1,507 households. After reconstruction, it will be reborn as a complex with 3 basement floors, 35 above-ground floors, and a total of 2,678 households. Even considering the loss due to construction, the number of households will increase by 1,171.
There will be 2,326 units for union members and general sale, and 352 rental housing units. Construction is scheduled to begin in July next year and be completed in July 2024, three years later. A public pedestrian passage will be created in the center of the complex.
