Korea Citibank Supports Employment by Enhancing Digital Skills of Female University Students
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyo-jin] Korea Citibank and JA Korea announced on the 30th that they conducted job mentoring and fintech-related education through the online 'Citi-JA Female College Students Job Talk.'
The Female College Students Job Talk held on the 28th was part of the Citi-JA Shining Future program, operated by Korea Citibank and the Citi Foundation in collaboration with JA Korea to help enhance the employment capabilities of specialized high school students and college students preparing for employment.
This activity targeted female college students interested in employment in the financial sector and consisted of vivid mentoring from Korea Citibank and other financial sector professionals, as well as a special lecture on the theme of 'Finance and Fintech in the Era of the 4th Industrial Revolution.' About 60 female college students who participated said it was a practical and helpful time as they could hear about the skills needed on-site from financial sector professionals and discuss digital finance.
