On the 19th, Hyundai Engineering announced on the 20th that, together with its partner companies, it donated 1,140 winter clothing items, 212 electric mats, and 5 tons of mixed grains rice to five shantytown areas in Seoul: Donuidong, Changsin-dong, Namdaemun, Seoul Station, and Yeongdeungpo.
The delivery ceremony held at the Seoul Metropolitan Donuidong Shantytown Counseling Center was attended by Heo Seung-hyun, Head of Purchasing at Hyundai Engineering; Lim Seung-jae, Head of Strategic Planning and Business Division; Kim Seok-hoe, Chairman of Hyundai Engineering Partner Companies Council (CEO of Borim Construction); Kang Jae-shin, Director of Seoul City Self-Support Division; and Choi Young-min, Director of Donuidong Shantytown Counseling Center, among other officials.
